We are three thriving, doctor-owned private dental practices located in Ballard, SLU and Renton. Our teams pride themselves on delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a 5.0 Google review rating through compassionate, high-quality dentistry. Our doctors have been working together for over 7 years, and we are looking for another long-term doctor to join our team.

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable General Dentist with at least 3+ years of clinical experience (5+ years strongly preferred). The ideal candidate has excellent clinical skills, a patient-first philosophy, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with patients.

What We’re Looking For

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Active Washington State dental license in good standing
• 3+ years minimum experience in general dentistry (5+ years encouraged)
• Strong clinical proficiency across a wide range of procedures
• Exceptional communication and patient-service skills
• Commitment to maintaining our 5.0-star reputation through excellent care and patient experience
• Desire for a long-term career home within our practices
