Ballentine Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Human Resource Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. 
Responsibilities include: 
HR Administration<ul><li>
Serve as the primary contact for basic HR inquiries and internal requests, escalating when necessary</li><li>
 Maintain employee and HR related files</li><li>
Assist in coordinating employee training sessions, engagement activities, focus groups, and HR meetings</li><li>
Draft and manage HR correspondence</li><li>
Enter and manage all employee lifecycle changes in HRIS</li><li>
Coordinate internal announcements and related gifts (engagement, wedding, baby, etc.)</li><li>
Support performance review process</li><li>
Generate standard HR reports as needed</li><li>
Act as backup payroll processor</li></ul>
Onboarding Administration<ul><li>
Draft and manage onboarding including calendar coordination</li><li>
Work with IT to ensure that equipment is shipped out and tracked</li><li>
Coordinate new hire gifts</li></ul>
Recruiting Support (in coordination with the Recruiting Specialist)<ul><li>
Schedule interviews and coordinate availability with hiring teams</li><li>
Help organize and track recruitment metrics and reports</li></ul>
Other duties as assigned 
The right candidate will be someone who has the following skills:<ul><li>
At least 1 year of administrative or HR experience, preferably supporting multiple HR functions in a professional service or fast-paced corporate setting</li><li>
Working knowledge of and experience with Rippling or other similar HRIS programs</li><li>
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality, error-free work</li><li>
Strong organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal &amp; relationship skills</li><li>
Positive and collegial attitude</li><li>
Strong ability for discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR and payroll data.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Team player</li><li>
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment</li><li>
Eager to learn and open to feedback with a continuous improvement mindset.</li><li>
Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs.</li><li>

A bachelor&rsquo;s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar, fast-paced role handling highly confidential information is preferred.

Ballentine Partners compensation is made up of a base salary and performance bonus. The hourly rate for this role is between $24 and $30 per hour and is commensurate with experience. Performance bonuses are based upon company and personal performance and are paid out annually.
