Job Overview: Balloon Nursery is looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Teachers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong understanding of how to engage and support young children in their early developmental years.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0&ndash;4 years</li><li>Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the early years curriculum (e.g., EYFS, Montessori, or equivalent)</li><li>Observe and assess children&rsquo;s development, maintaining accurate records and reports</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents, updating them on their child&rsquo;s progress</li><li>Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment</li><li>Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive nursery atmosphere</li><li>Follow all policies and procedures in line with Sharjah education authority regulations</li><li>Support the implementation of new teaching strategies and activities introduced by nursery leadership</li><li>Adhere to SPEA guidelines, child protection, and health &amp; safety regulations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursery or early years educational setting</li><li>Cache 3 Diploma, certificate, or course in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a related field (mandatory)</li><li>Must be eligible for SPEA approval as a nursery teacher</li><li>Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Warm, caring, and professional attitude with a passion for early years education</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
