Nursery Teacher

Job Overview:
Balloon Nursery is looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Teachers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong understanding of how to engage and support young children in their early developmental years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0–4 years
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the early years curriculum (e.g., EYFS, Montessori, or equivalent)
• Observe and assess children’s development, maintaining accurate records and reports
• Communicate effectively with parents, updating them on their child’s progress
• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive nursery atmosphere
• Follow all policies and procedures in line with Sharjah education authority regulations
• Support the implementation of new teaching strategies and activities introduced by nursery leadership
• Adhere to SPEA guidelines, child protection, and health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a nursery or early years educational setting
• Cache 3 Diploma, certificate, or course in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a related field (mandatory)
• Must be eligible for SPEA approval as a nursery teacher
• Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Warm, caring, and professional attitude with a passion for early years education

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
