Responsibilities:

-Plan and implement Montessori-based lessons for nursery-aged children

- Create a prepared environment that fosters independence and learning

- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for support and development

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and policies

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Requirements:

- Montessori certification or relevant

- Experience working in a nursery or preschool setting is compulsory

- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
