<div>Baltimore Country Club is looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to join our Food &amp; Beverage team. You'll craft high quality drinks, provide warm hospitality, and help create memorable experiences for our Members and Guests across both of our clubhouses.
Tasks:<ul><li>
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages</li><li>
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly</li><li>
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and safety in every drink</li><li>
Build genuine relationships with members and guests</li><li>
Support teammates and contribute to a fun, professional atmosphere</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
2+ years of bartending experience (restaurant, hotel, or club)</li><li>
Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits</li><li>
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn</li><li>
Excellent communication and organization skills</li><li>
Flexible schedule - days, nights, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>
