Bartender

Baltimore Country Club is looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You'll craft high quality drinks, provide warm hospitality, and help create memorable experiences for our Members and Guests across both of our clubhouses.

Tasks:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and safety in every drink
• Build genuine relationships with members and guests
• Support teammates and contribute to a fun, professional atmosphere

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of bartending experience (restaurant, hotel, or club)
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Flexible schedule - days, nights, weekends, and holidays
