Server / Bartender

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-driven Server/Bartender to join our food and beverage team. This position is primarily focused on providing attentive table service and creating an exceptional member and guest experience, with the ability to assist behind the bar when needed. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus tips or service charge, based on shifts worked.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional table service to members and guests in dining rooms, lounges, patios, and event spaces
• Greet guests promptly and professionally, guiding them through menus and daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely, polished manner that meets club service standards
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, attentive service throughout the dining experience
• Maintain table appearance, clear and reset tables, and ensure dining areas remain clean and inviting
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service
• Assist with bar service during assigned shifts by preparing and serving beverages as needed
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties to support daily operations
• Uphold all food safety, alcohol service, and club policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant, club, or hospitality environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails, or a willingness to learn
• Experience using POS systems and handheld ordering devices preferred
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid alcohol service permit and food handler’s card, or ability to obtain them

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED! OPEN AVAILABILITY

CLUB IS CLOSED MONDAYS.

Pay: From $18.77 per hour
