This role is crucial for executing high-quality, specialized products (like acrylic minifigure stands) for our franchise network. Technical &amp; Production Leadership<ul><li>UV Printing Mastery (Absolute Must): Operate and manage our UV printing equipment to produce high-quality custom items. This includes managing media setup, color matching, and print execution on non-LEGO adjacent pieces (e.g., acrylic stands). Direct experience with Roland UV printing equipment is highly preferred.</li><li>Budget &amp; Supply Management: Responsible for managing the operational budget for the print department, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and organized. This includes ordering all necessary supplies (inks, acrylic blanks, maintenance kits, etc.) to maintain uninterrupted production.</li><li>Quality Control Champion: Maintain an expert eye to ensure only the highest quality product leaves the print station. You are the final authority on print quality before an order is fulfilled.</li><li>Machine Maintenance: Own the maintenance schedules and execution for all printing equipment. Must possess strong critical thinking skills and machine maintenance abilities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Process Documentation: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for printing, curing, and machine maintenance to standardize quality and efficiency across the team.</li><li>Material and Inventory Management: Manage material inventory related to custom prints and assist in final product preparation (cleaning, packaging) as needed.</li></ul>II. Team Leadership &amp; Workflow Management<ul><li>Team Oversight: Responsible for the day-to-day management, daily assignment of tasks, and overall production scheduling for the print team to ensure all deadlines are met with a strong sense of urgency.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Responsible for training new team members on printer operation, quality control protocols, and machine maintenance procedures.</li><li>Performance Management: Conduct quality audits of printed output and provide constructive feedback and direction to team members to maintain high-quality standards.</li><li>Reporting: This role reports directly to the Product and Logistics Team Manager and will work closely with the Director of Product and Logistics.</li></ul>III. Communication &amp; Creative Liaison<ul><li>Franchise &amp; Order Management: Manage the print queue, working directly with our franchisees on orders and answering technical or logistical questions.</li><li>Design Team Liaison: Work closely with our corporate design team, acting as a liaison to ensure creative vision is translated accurately into a print-ready file and executed effectively.</li></ul>The Tools You'll Need (Qualifications):Mandatory Technical Skills:<ul><li>Proven, hands-on expertise with UV printing equipment is an absolute must. Candidates must demonstrate prior experience running and maintaining UV printers. Direct experience with Roland UV printing equipment is highly preferred.</li></ul>Must-Haves:<ul><li>Highly organized, very detail oriented, and capable of taking the lead. Must possess excellent organizational skills for budget and supply tracking. This critical role ensures the seamless administrative and data flow required to support our supply chain operations and franchise fulfillment. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements, helping to build scalable operational structures to support the company's future growth and expansion.</li><li>Supply Chain Specialist Support: Will support the Supply Chain Specialist in various activities, ensuring the successful execution of high-priority initiatives and the smooth operation of key vendor management processes.</li><li>Branded Supplier Coordination: Act as the primary corporate contact for our branded materials supplier. This includes coordinating design and production needs for custom branded items and managing production shipping logistics with the supplier (as they often function as a 3PL).</li><li>Multi-Location Inventory Management: Responsible for tracking and managing all branded corporate inventory across our three 3PL locations. Will actively assist in balancing inventory levels across these warehouses to optimize storage and fulfillment.</li><li>Inventory Reconciliation Ownership: Lead all data reconciliation efforts by proactively investigating discrepancies between physical counts (provided by 3PLs) and our digital records, flagging systemic issues for the Supply Chain Specialist.</li><li>Process Coordination &amp; Execution: Independently manage and execute specific, routine supply chain processes, ensuring timely completion. This includes the end-to-end handling of administrative tasks related to internal corporate purchasing and fulfillment.</li><li>Data Integrity Ownership: Own the accurate and timely entry and auditing of all inventory-related data (Purchase Orders, receiving logs, fulfillment records) into corporate systems (Shopify/WMS).</li><li>Logistics Documentation Management: Manage and generate accurate shipping and receiving documentation (e.g., manifests, bills of lading) for our 3PL partners.</li><li>Franchise Support Liaison: Provide direct assistance to our internal Support Team by researching and answering franchise inquiries related to order status, tracking, and delivery timelines.</li></ul>Our Culture: All Hands on Deck!We are a small, tight-knit team, and collaboration is key.
