BAM Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing team at our St. George, Utah location. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the personal injury litigation process, ensuring cases move forward efficiently and clients receive outstanding service.Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement or litigation- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel- Order, organize, and review medical records and billing documentation- Draft and send demand packages and correspondence- Schedule appointments, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events- Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and follow-up tasks- Coordinate with attorneys on case strategy and updates- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the firm's case management software- Assist with lien negotiations and settlement disbursementsQualifications:- Prior experience in a personal injury law firm is preferred but not required- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic- 401(k) retirement plan- Paid time off- Supportive and collaborative team environment- Opportunity for professional growth within a thriving firmPay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Legal case management: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
