Case Manager Paralegal

BAM Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing team at our St. George, Utah location. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and clients throughout the personal injury litigation process, ensuring cases move forward efficiently and clients receive outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement or litigation

- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel

- Order, organize, and review medical records and billing documentation

- Draft and send demand packages and correspondence

- Schedule appointments, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events

- Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and follow-up tasks

- Coordinate with attorneys on case strategy and updates

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in the firm's case management software

- Assist with lien negotiations and settlement disbursements

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a personal injury law firm is preferred but not required

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
