Property Manager Assistant Tacoma, WA 45,000 - 59,000 / yearOVERVIEW A well-seasoned property management company, Bamboo Property Management is seeking an experienced person to assist in overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties that include retail, industrial and office properties. This on-site role is responsible for assisting the property mangers in their management of various properties. The ideal candidate is self motivated, hands-on, organized, and capable.Responsibilities<ul><li>AP - entering invoices and printing checks</li><li>Filing - AP and AR</li><li>Monthly owner reports, combining, linking &amp; publishing</li><li>Update Tenant and Vendor insurance certificates</li><li>Assisting property managers with various property related tasks</li><li>Vendors and Tenants follow up on invoices and payments respectively</li><li>Reception - respond to door bell, write rent receipts</li><li>Scan and electronically file documents</li><li>Assist with common area maintenance reconciliations, create PDF &amp; upload to Yardi tenant page</li><li>Enter approved budgets in Yardi</li><li>Archive &amp; create new AR &amp; AP files</li><li>Assist with other tasks as needed</li></ul>What&rsquo;s important You be part of the driving force behind the the company success.
