Based in Miami, our products are sold worldwide through our online store.Poolside style is in our DNA &mdash; the beach is our stage, and we operate at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, and culture.We are building brands driven not only by product, but by content, creators, and community.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented Influencer Marketing &amp; Creator Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our influencer strategy across our menswear brands (BANG! Miami &amp; DC2 Miami).This role is responsible for building a high-performing network of menswear-oriented creators, generating conversion-focused content, and driving measurable revenue through influencer partnerships.This is not a traditional &ldquo;social media&rdquo; role.This is a growth role focused on execution, testing, and scaling what works.You will work directly with the Founders and collaborate closely with the paid media team to turn influencer content into a scalable acquisition channel.Compensation<ul><li>Base salary: $55,000/year</li><li>Performance-based bonus tied to trackable influencer-driven revenue</li><li>Opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on results</li></ul>Key Responsibilities- Influencer Strategy &amp; Growth<ul><li>Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets</li><li>Build and scale influencer programs including seeding, affiliate, and ambassador initiatives</li><li>Identify and test new growth opportunities across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms</li></ul>- Creator Sourcing &amp; Partnerships<ul><li>Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers aligned with brand identity and audience</li><li>Manage high-volume outreach and maintain a consistent pipeline of creators</li><li>Build long-term relationships with top-performing influencers and brand ambassadors</li></ul>Campaign Execution &amp; Negotiation<ul><li>Negotiate partnerships, deliverables, and compensation structures</li><li>Prioritize performance-based collaborations (commission, hybrid deals)</li><li>Manage campaigns end-to-end from outreach to delivery</li></ul>- Performance Tracking &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Track campaign performance using discount codes, affiliate links, and Shopify analytics</li><li>Analyze results based on revenue, conversion, and ROI</li><li>Scale high-performing creators and discontinue underperforming campaigns quickly</li></ul>- Content &amp; Creative Coordination<ul><li>Oversee influencer-generated content (Reels, TikTok, UGC, photos)</li><li>Manage briefing process and content development with creators, ensuring on-brand and product-accurate guidelines are included</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and visual identity</li><li>Collaborate with internal team to repurpose content for paid media campaigns</li></ul>- Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with paid media team to amplify top-performing influencer content</li><li>Align campaigns with product launches and seasonal drops</li><li>Monitor competitors, trends, and opportunities within the market</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;5+ years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing</li><li>Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns that generate measurable sales</li><li>Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and content-driven growth strategies</li><li>Experience using affiliate tracking platforms, and influencer platforms</li><li>Experience negotiating influencer partnerships and managing campaigns</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li></ul>- Must have experience driving revenue through influencer campaigns, not just engagement or brand awareness.Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in men&rsquo;s fashion, swimwear, or e-commerce brands</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms</li><li>Existing network of influencers or creators</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Miami-based (on-site / hybrid)</li><li>Fast-paced, hands-on environment</li><li>High level of ownership and autonomy</li><li>Direct collaboration with founder and leadership</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Flexible paid time off (vacation, sick days, holidays)</li><li>Creative and entrepreneurial work environment</li><li>Quarterly apparel allowance</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who understands how to:<ul><li>test quickly</li><li>track performance</li><li>and scale what works</li></ul>This role is for someone who wants to build a growth engine, not just manage social media.Apply: jobs@bangclothes.comPay: $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Describe one influencer campaign you managed that generated measurable sales.
