About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our influencer strategy across our menswear brands (BANG! Miami & DC2 Miami).

This role is responsible for building a high-performing network of menswear-oriented creators, generating conversion-focused content, and driving measurable revenue through influencer partnerships.

This is not a traditional “social media” role.

This is a growth role focused on execution, testing, and scaling what works.

You will work directly with the Founders and collaborate closely with the paid media team to turn influencer content into a scalable acquisition channel.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $55,000/year
  • Performance-based bonus tied to trackable influencer-driven revenue
  • Opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on results

Key Responsibilities

- Influencer Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets
  • Build and scale influencer programs including seeding, affiliate, and ambassador initiatives
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms

- Creator Sourcing & Partnerships

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers aligned with brand identity and audience
  • Manage high-volume outreach and maintain a consistent pipeline of creators
  • Build long-term relationships with top-performing influencers and brand ambassadors

Campaign Execution & Negotiation

  • Negotiate partnerships, deliverables, and compensation structures
  • Prioritize performance-based collaborations (commission, hybrid deals)
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end from outreach to delivery

- Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance using discount codes, affiliate links, and Shopify analytics
  • Analyze results based on revenue, conversion, and ROI
  • Scale high-performing creators and discontinue underperforming campaigns quickly

- Content & Creative Coordination

  • Oversee influencer-generated content (Reels, TikTok, UGC, photos)
  • Manage briefing process and content development with creators, ensuring on-brand and product-accurate guidelines are included
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and visual identity
  • Collaborate with internal team to repurpose content for paid media campaigns

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with paid media team to amplify top-performing influencer content
  • Align campaigns with product launches and seasonal drops
  • Monitor competitors, trends, and opportunities within the market

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns that generate measurable sales
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and content-driven growth strategies
  • Experience using affiliate tracking platforms, and influencer platforms
  • Experience negotiating influencer partnerships and managing campaigns
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Must have experience driving revenue through influencer campaigns, not just engagement or brand awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in men’s fashion, swimwear, or e-commerce brands
  • Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
  • Existing network of influencers or creators
