Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role combines strong visual design skills with hands-on social media management. The ideal candidate will create compelling content, manage accounts, and execute strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and manage monthly content calendars
• Design high-quality graphics and visual content (not Canva-only)
• Produce and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day social media posting and scheduling
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on campaigns and content
• Track performance metrics and generate reports
• Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite required: Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
• Understanding of social media platforms and their audiences
• Experience with content creation (graphics, video, photography a plus)
• Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion graphics is a plus

• $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
