Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to boost brand awareness and customer interaction
• Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics
• Design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite to highlight products and services
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility across search engines and e-commerce platforms
• Create compelling blog posts, newsletters, and web content that reflect the shop’s branding voice and attract local customers
• Utilize social listening tools such as Google Analytics to gather insights on audience preferences, trends, and feedback for continuous content optimization
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of print projects, events, or behind-the-scenes activities to enrich multimedia content offerings
• Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives and advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing within a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing visual content
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Knowledge of social listening platforms to monitor brand reputation and customer feedback effectively
• Ability to produce high-quality photography and video editing using relevant software or equipment
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written materials
• Experience with Facebook Advertising or other digital advertising platforms is a plus
• Passion for branding, relationship management, and community engagement in a local business setting
