Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Manager/Office Manager to lead our HR initiatives and oversee daily office operations. This pivotal role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on office management, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and engaging workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be energized by fostering positive employee relations, streamlining HR processes, and supporting organizational growth through effective talent management and operational excellence. Join us to drive impactful HR strategies while maintaining an efficient and welcoming office atmosphere that empowers our team to thrive.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with employment and labor law standards, including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations.</li><li>Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding programs to attract top talent.</li><li>Oversee employee orientation, training &amp; development programs, performance management systems, and employee evaluation processes to promote continuous growth.</li><li>Manage benefits administration, payroll processing using platforms such as ADP, and handle workers' compensation claims efficiently.</li><li>Supervise office operations including facilities management, supply procurement, vendor relations, and ensuring a productive work environment.</li><li>Facilitate conflict management, employee relations initiatives, and conduct regular HR sourcing to identify organizational needs.</li><li>Manage receipts payable and banking deposits</li><li>Support senior leadership with strategic planning, organization design, succession planning, process improvement initiatives, and HR data analysis for informed decision-making.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Extensive knowledge of employment &amp; labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.</li><li>Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR program management.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in supervising teams, implementing process improvements, and leading change management initiatives.</li><li>Skilled in data collection &amp; analysis for HR metrics; adept at presenting insights to senior leadership through compelling presentations.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
