Human Resources Manager/Office Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Manager/Office Manager to lead our HR initiatives and oversee daily office operations. This pivotal role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on office management, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and engaging workplace environment. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with employment and labor law standards, including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding programs to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs, performance management systems, and employee evaluation processes to promote continuous growth.
  • Manage benefits administration, payroll processing using platforms such as ADP, and handle workers' compensation claims efficiently.
  • Supervise office operations including facilities management, supply procurement, vendor relations, and ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Facilitate conflict management, employee relations initiatives, and conduct regular HR sourcing to identify organizational needs.
  • Manage receipts payable and banking deposits
  • Support senior leadership with strategic planning, organization design, succession planning, process improvement initiatives, and HR data analysis for informed decision-making.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR program management.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability in supervising teams, implementing process improvements, and leading change management initiatives.
  • Skilled in data collection & analysis for HR metrics; adept at presenting insights to senior leadership through compelling presentations.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
