<li>Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for all customers by addressing their needs promptly and courteously.</li>
<li>Assist customers with routine inquires related to accounts, transactions, and services, ensuring a positive banking experience.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services, referring them to other team members when necessary.</li>
<li>Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate branch personnel.</li>
</ul>
Transaction Processing:
<ul>
<li>Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and money orders.</li>
<li>Maintain a balanced cash drawer by following established cash-handling procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all transactions while complying with bank policies and regulations.</li>
<li>Support branch operations by assisting with tasks such as ATM balancing, night deposits, and safe deposit box access.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships by cross-selling or upselling additional products and services.</li>
</ul>
Operational Excellence:
<ul>
<li>Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including security and fraud prevention protocols.</li>
<li>Monitor for and report any suspicious activity, helping to safeguard customer accounts and branch assets.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that all supplies and materials are stocked and ready for use.</li>
<li>Complete assigned administrative tasks, such as updating customer records and assisting with branch audits.</li>
</ul>
Teamwork and Professional Development:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service delivery.</li>
<li>Participate in training opportunities to enhance job knowledge and stay informed about banking products and services.</li>
<li>Support other branch functions as needed, including assisting with special projects or tasks during peak times.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Branch Manager, Operations Manager, and other team members to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive team culture.</li></ul> 


Job Qualifications/Requirements

Education/Credentials
<ul>
<li>Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma</li>
</ul>
Prior Experience
<ul>
<li>Experience: Some experience in retail sales and customer service functions a plus.</li>
<li>Combination of Experience and Education can meet the job requirements: Yes</li>
</ul>
Skills
<ul>
<li>English: Written: Fluent Verbal: Fluent</li>
<li>Computer/Systems Knowledge Requirements: Basic to Intermediate</li>
<li>Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.</li>
<li>Required: Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.</li>
<li>Required: Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.</li>
<li>Required: Strong organizational skills with a willingness to adapt to change as needed in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> 


The salary range for this full-time position is $18.00 Hourly - $22.00 Hourly + bonus + benefits
