HR Coordinator Intern

HR Coordinator will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, filing, and data management. As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR procedures. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with various HR-related activities.


  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
  • Digitize HR personnel documents.
  • Ensure HR records are filed and uploaded accurately.
  • Label HR records accurately.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Support the HR team with organizing and coordinating HR events.
  • Help in preparing HR-related reports as needed.
  • Assist with other HR projects and tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in college, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in an office or administrative role is a plus but not required.

The salary range for this full-time position is $19.24 - $21 hourly + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location
