We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. Automotive knowledge/experience preferred. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage incoming calls</li><li>Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication</li><li>Process orders, load, unload and stock accurately</li><li>Complete sales transactions accurately</li><li>Operate company vehicles (car, SUV, pick-up truck) in a safe and responsible manner.</li><li>Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.</li><li>Communicate effectively with manager regarding delivery status.</li><li>Handle heavy lifting of packages and materials as required during loading and unloading.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, receipts, and any discrepancies.</li><li>Willing to assist with odd jobs (janitorial) as needed.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Basic math skills</li><li>Knowledge of automotive parts and paint is preferred</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively</li><li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening</li></ul>Typical end time:<ul><li>5PM</li></ul>Typical start time:<ul><li>8AM</li></ul>Work Remotely<ul><li>No</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
