We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. Automotive knowledge/experience preferred. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Process orders, load, unload and stock accurately
- Complete sales transactions accurately
- Operate company vehicles (car, SUV, pick-up truck) in a safe and responsible manner.
- Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with manager regarding delivery status.
- Handle heavy lifting of packages and materials as required during loading and unloading.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, receipts, and any discrepancies.
- Willing to assist with odd jobs (janitorial) as needed.
Skills
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts and paint is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
