Date Posted: 05 November 2025Pay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthJob Title: Graphic DesignerJob Type: Upto 3 Months (Can be increased based on Performance)Salary Range: &#8377;12,000 - &#8377;16,000 per month (Depending on experience, creativity, and skill proficiency)Work Schedule:<ul><li>Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday</li><li>Weekly Off: Monday</li><li>Working Hours: 10:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li>Lunch Break: 2:00 PM &ndash; 2:30 PM</li><li>Minimum Monthly Working Hours: 190 hours</li><li>No Paid Leaves</li><li>Sunday Leave (if taken) will be counted as double deduction</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Designing packaging, labels, social media creatives, and promotional materials.</li><li>Developing brand visuals that align with company guidelines and aesthetic direction.</li><li>Working on product photography edits, mockups, and marketing materials.</li><li>Managing multiple design projects with accuracy and attention to deadlines.</li><li>Coordinating with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Ensuring all artworks are print-ready and meet quality standards.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Option 1: Graduate (any stream) with certification or experience in Graphic Designing.</li><li>Option 2: Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.</li></ul>Proficiency in:<ul><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>CorelDRAW</li><li>(Knowledge of Illustrator or Canva will be an added advantage)</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong sense of design, layout, color, and typography.</li><li>Ability to visualize and create appealing brand-oriented designs.</li><li>Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.</li><li>Prior experience in packaging or FMCG design will be preferred.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Growth Opportunity:<ul><li>Initial job upto 3-months.</li></ul>Interview Requirement:Candidates must carry all original documents and a portfolio of previous design work (digital or printed) at the time of the interview.Ideal Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Creative and self-motivated.</li><li>Punctual and disciplined with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Eager to learn and grow in a professional design environment.</li><li>Passionate about brand aesthetics and visual storytelling.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
