Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Type: Upto 3 Months (Can be increased based on Performance)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 per month
(Depending on experience, creativity, and skill proficiency)

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
• Weekly Off: Monday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Lunch Break: 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM
• Minimum Monthly Working Hours: 190 hours
• No Paid Leaves
• Sunday Leave (if taken) will be counted as double deduction

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing packaging, labels, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
• Developing brand visuals that align with company guidelines and aesthetic direction.
• Working on product photography edits, mockups, and marketing materials.
• Managing multiple design projects with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Coordinating with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensuring all artworks are print-ready and meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Option 1: Graduate (any stream) with certification or experience in Graphic Designing.
• Option 2: Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop
• CorelDRAW
• (Knowledge of Illustrator or Canva will be an added advantage)

Required Skills:

• Strong sense of design, layout, color, and typography.
• Ability to visualize and create appealing brand-oriented designs.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Prior experience in packaging or FMCG design will be preferred.

Performance & Growth Opportunity:

Interview Requirement:

Candidates must carry all original documents and a portfolio of previous design work (digital or printed) at the time of the interview.
