This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, beauty-focused setting where passion and professionalism shine.Duties<ul><li>Perform body wraps, exfoliating scrubs, waxing services, and other esthetic treatments with precision and care</li><li>Consult with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend suitable treatments and products</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure client safety and uphold health regulations</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as MINDBODY to optimize client flow</li><li>Educate clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations to enhance results and satisfaction</li><li>Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products and upselling complementary services to meet revenue goals</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with experience in body treatments, waxing, and skincare procedures</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a spa or salon environment</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and build lasting relationships</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty</li><li>Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform detailed treatments effectively</li></ul>Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to enhancing beauty and wellness every day!Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
