Duties

• Perform body wraps, exfoliating scrubs, waxing services, and other esthetic treatments with precision and care
• Consult with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend suitable treatments and products
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure client safety and uphold health regulations
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as MINDBODY to optimize client flow
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and product recommendations to enhance results and satisfaction
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products and upselling complementary services to meet revenue goals

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with experience in body treatments, waxing, and skincare procedures
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a spa or salon environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and build lasting relationships
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform detailed treatments effectively
