BI Revenue Cycle Developer, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>
The role utilizes advanced data analytics modeling techniques and software applications to design, build, and maintain a variety of business intelligence tools to optimize revenue cycle performance and provide data-driven decision support to revenue cycle leadership.</li><li>
The role will be responsible for creating complex interactive visualizations, dashboards, and custom reports for various revenue cycle use cases utilizing a range of advanced data analytics software applications.</li><li>
The individual should be familiar applications software similar to Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, MS SSMS (SQL), Epic reporting tools (Clarity, Caboodle, Chronicles, SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards), and have advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The individual is expected to have a broad and deep knowledge of the ETL process for data preparation and the visualization layer for various business and operational use cases within the revenue cycle context.</li><li>
The individual must possess a robust understanding of revenue cycle operations and the ability to deliver innovative data-driven solutions for all domains of the revenue cycle: front, middle, and back.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
Advanced-level Interior Designer experienced in healthcare-specific design issues and solutions. Able to perform at a high level under minimal supervision from Architect Manager and Planning &amp; Design Director. Able to oversee and direct Interior Designer I and Design Tech I on project specific tasks. Initiates and develops concept planning, scope documents, construction documents, and furniture procurement documents. Reviews drawings and designs from team members, analyzes products and materials, maintains relationships with external vendors and ancillary Baptist departments, manages artwork selection process, advises external architects on detailing and finishes, manages furniture delivery, establishes standards and bidding strategies, develops and reviews budgeting for furniture procurement, and guides Baptist clients to a successful and sustainable solution.

As a Console Operator, you are the voice of Baptist. Console Operator Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Welcoming, addressing, and ensuring first call resolution to meet the needs of internal and external callers whose calls are directed to any of our Baptist Medical Center Hospitals and stand-alone Emergency Rooms located within the Northeastern region of Florida.</li><li>
Prioritizing, answering, and responding to incoming calls received on the internal emergency line for the Baptist Health System and alerts hospital emergency response teams through effective listening, and communicating clearly and concisely via the appropriate emergency communication management system.</li><li>
Handling incoming calls for all Baptist Medical Center Hospitals and stand-alone Emergency Rooms located within the Northeastern region of Florida, addressing caller questions and/or routing internal and external calls effectively and efficiently to drive first call resolution.</li><li>
Managing hospital emergency lines by leveraging hospital emergency procedures, notifying the necessary medical or non-medical emergency response teams, as well as local authorities when appropriate, and ensuring all documentation is completed thoroughly and accurately.</li><li>
Understanding and communicating after-hour emergency on-call schedules for hospital departments as requested by medical staff.</li><li>
Acting as a gatekeeper to screen calls for hospital leadership and staff members.</li><li>
Handling calls for dedicated marketing campaigns, answering caller questions and/or scheduling a return call for our Baptist Care Coordination team.</li><li>
Assisting patients and staff members with making long-distance calls.</li><li>
Operating communication systems such as telephone, switchboard console, intercom, Cortext, Vocera, or paging systems.</li><li>
Reviewing and maintaining knowledge of all updated policies, procedures, and hospital information across the Baptist Health system.</li><li>
Answering telephones promptly and courteously, identifying self and department.</li><li>
Greeting and welcoming callers in a warm and friendly manner.</li><li>
Providing complete and accurate information in a timely manner.</li><li>
Achieving or exceeding goals for key performance metrics, including but not limited to productivity and call abandonment.</li><li>
Open to help train new employees.</li></ul>
