This role serves as an administrative assistant for the Vendor Operations Team and Government, Vendor and Payer Relations department by providing administrative support to our department and vendor partners. Responsibilities include managing/organizing/processing incoming and outgoing mail or correspondence, facilitating vendor document requests, coordinate vendor user access and training requests, managing electronic meeting resources and maintains department calendars for meetings, data entry, supply management, assists with vendor invoice reconciliation, and other duties as assigned by management. Applicants should thrive under limited supervision in a busy and fast-paced work environment and excel at multitasking and collaborating with internal and external customers.

Epic Cadence/Ambulatory Application Analyst, Remote Eligible, Jacksonville, Baptist Medical Center.
Epic Ambulatory application analysts act as a vital link between operations and information technology, ensuring that Epic functions seamlessly. This role demands an understanding of healthcare processes and technical systems. Analysts must translate operational needs into system functionality. By doing so, they help maintain system integrity, promote automation and efficiency, and improve user experience across the organization. A significant portion of an analyst&rsquo;s day is devoted to resolving break-fix issues, performing routine maintenance tasks and/or monitoring and troubleshooting error logs related to interfaces These activities include troubleshooting issues, applying Epic quarterly updates, working with Epic technical support, and validating workflows to prevent disruptions or follow-up, which also includes support of complementary workflows. Much of the coordination and follow-up for these responsibilities is conducted through structured communication channels, including email, Teams chat, and scheduled meetings.
Epic Ambulatory application analysts also spend time collaborating with cross-functional teams including Clinical Informatics, other application teams and project managers. Their week may include a team huddle, weekly group meeting or a smaller session with their team lead. Throughout the day, they may lead various meetings with operational leaders to clarify requirements and understand pain points from the end-user perspective. In addition, they will contact end-users via various communication methods to clarify end-user request to implement optimizations and project requests. Will be involved with mentoring junior analysts and ensuring operational best practices. Perform quality assurance and integrated testing of optimization and project requests along with newly released vendor functionality to ensure system reliability. Coordinate projects across applications and develops application specific enhancements and reports in alignment with organizational priorities.

Epic Cadence/Ambulatory Application Analyst, you will be responsible for:<ul><li>
The role ensures the operational effectiveness of enterprise applications, addressing user needs while assisting with incidents, updates, and upgrades to maintain system health.</li><li>
Provide ongoing analysis and trouble-shooting support of application system components to meet needs and clinical/business requirements.</li><li>
Perform applications testing and participates in integrated testing of current and newly released vendor functionality to ensure system reliability.</li><li>
Contribute to updates, upgrades, and projects within and across applications and develops application specific solutions.</li><li>
Provide 24/7 customer support for applications within accountability.</li><li>
Certification Note: If supporting an Epic application, appropriate EPIC Certification is required within 6 months.</li></ul>
Experince:<ul><li>
1-2 years Project Management Experience Required</li><li>

As a Console Operator, you are the voice of Baptist. Console Operators welcome and address the needs of internal and external callers whose calls are directed to any of our Baptist Medical Center Hospitals and stand-alone Emergency Rooms located within the Northeastern region of Florida. They prioritize, answer, and respond to incoming calls received on the emergency line for the Baptist Health System and alert hospital emergency response teams through effective communication using the appropriate emergency communication management system.

Console Operator Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Welcoming, addressing, and ensuring first call resolution to meet the needs of internal and external callers whose calls are directed to any of our Baptist Medical Center Hospitals and stand-alone Emergency Rooms located within the Northeastern region of Florida.</li><li>
Prioritizing, answering, and responding to incoming calls received on the internal emergency line for the Baptist Health System and alerts hospital emergency response teams through effective listening, and communicating clearly and concisely via the appropriate emergency communication management system.</li><li>
Handling incoming calls for all Baptist Medical Center Hospitals and stand-alone Emergency Rooms located within the Northeastern region of Florida, addressing caller questions and/or routing internal and external calls effectively and efficiently to drive first call resolution.</li><li>
Managing hospital emergency lines by leveraging hospital emergency procedures, notifying the necessary medical or non-medical emergency response teams, as well as local authorities when appropriate, and ensuring all documentation is completed thoroughly and accurately.</li><li>
Understanding and communicating after-hour emergency on-call schedules for hospital departments as requested by medical staff.</li><li>
Acting as a gatekeeper to screen calls for hospital leadership and staff members.</li><li>
Handling calls for dedicated marketing campaigns, answering caller questions and/or scheduling a return call for our Baptist Care Coordination team.</li><li>
Assisting patients and staff members with making long-distance calls.</li><li>
Operating communication systems such as telephone, switchboard console, intercom, Cortext, Vocera, or paging systems.</li><li>
Reviewing and maintaining knowledge of all updated policies, procedures, and hospital information across the Baptist Health system.</li><li>
Answering telephones promptly and courteously, identifying self and department.</li><li>
Greeting and welcoming callers in a warm and friendly manner.</li><li>
Providing complete and accurate information in a timely manner.</li><li>
Achieving or exceeding goals for key performance metrics, including but not limited to productivity and call abandonment.</li><li>
