We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Videographer&ndash;Editor to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time Work From Office role based in Pune. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who is equally proficient behind the camera and in the editing suite, bringing a fresh, innovative perspective to every project.Key Responsibilities:1. Videography &amp; Production<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video content for various client projects, including marketing campaigns, social media, corporate events, and internal communications.</li><li>Manage and operate all technical aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, camera setup, and scene composition.</li><li>Must utilize own professional shooting gear for all assignments.</li><li>Ensure all captured footage is well-organized, properly labeled, and backed up.</li></ul>2. Video Editing &amp; Post-Production<ul><li>Perform comprehensive video editing, including cutting, color grading, sound mixing, and graphic integration, to deliver polished final products.</li><li>Maintain strong proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).</li><li>Collaborate closely with the creative and account teams to understand project objectives and execute the vision effectively.</li></ul>3. Innovation &amp; AI Integration<ul><li>Actively incorporate AI skillset into the workflow, specifically for:</li><li>Editing enhancements (e.g., stabilization, object removal).</li><li>Content optimization (e.g., upscaling, noise reduction).</li><li>Workflow optimisation (e.g., AI-assisted transcription, smart organization).</li></ul>&#10024; Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>2 to 3 years of professional work experience in videography and video editing.</li><li>Agency experience is a must.
