Videographer & Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Videographer–Editor to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time Work From Office role based in Pune. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who is equally proficient behind the camera and in the editing suite, bringing a fresh, innovative perspective to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Videography & Production

• Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video content for various client projects, including marketing campaigns, social media, corporate events, and internal communications.
• Manage and operate all technical aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, camera setup, and scene composition.
• Must utilize own professional shooting gear for all assignments.
• Ensure all captured footage is well-organized, properly labeled, and backed up.

2. Video Editing & Post-Production

• Perform comprehensive video editing, including cutting, color grading, sound mixing, and graphic integration, to deliver polished final products.
• Maintain strong proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Collaborate closely with the creative and account teams to understand project objectives and execute the vision effectively.

3. Innovation & AI Integration

• Actively incorporate AI skillset into the workflow, specifically for:
• Editing enhancements (e.g., stabilization, object removal).
• Content optimization (e.g., upscaling, noise reduction).
• Workflow optimisation (e.g., AI-assisted transcription, smart organization).

✨ Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2 to 3 years of professional work experience in videography and video editing.
• Agency experience is a must. Candidates without prior agency experience will not be considered.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong videography and video editing skills across diverse projects.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• A strong understanding of visual storytelling and current video trends.
• Immediate joining is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
