Job Title: Legal Manager &ndash; Real Estate (Non-Litigation)Location: Jaipur Department: Legal Designation : Legal Associate Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Purpose:To manage legal affairs of the company with a focus on drafting, vetting agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and handling all non-litigation legal matters in real estate development, transactions, and operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Drafting &amp; Vetting:<ul><li>Draft, review, and vet a wide range of legal documents including:</li><li>Sale Deeds</li><li>Lease Deeds</li><li>Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)</li><li>Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs)</li><li>Power of Attorney (POA)</li><li>Agreement for Sale (AFS)</li><li>Construction Agreements</li><li>Vendor Contracts</li><li>Ensure documents are legally sound and protect the company's interest.</li></ul>2. Legal Due Diligence:<ul><li>Conduct and manage title verification and property due diligence for land acquisition, leasing, or joint ventures.</li><li>Coordinate with external legal counsel and consultants for opinion on land/title issues.</li></ul>3. Regulatory Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations, including:</li><li>RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act)</li><li>Transfer of Property Act</li><li>Registration Act</li><li>Indian Contract Act</li><li>Maintain and update internal compliance records and legal documentation.</li></ul>4. Coordination and Advisory:<ul><li>Liaise with government authorities (registration offices, revenue departments) for property-related legal matters.</li><li>Advise internal teams (sales, projects, finance, etc.) on legal implications of real estate transactions and business operations.</li><li>Assist in obtaining and reviewing statutory approvals, NOCs, and licenses.</li></ul>5. Contract Management:<ul><li>Maintain contract repository and track key timelines (renewals, terminations, obligations).</li><li>Ensure timely execution and stamping/registration of documents.</li></ul>6. External Counsel Management:<ul><li>Coordinate with external legal advisors/counsels as required.</li><li>Manage and track progress of outsourced legal work (non-litigation).</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: LLB / LLM from a recognized university.</li><li>Experience: 5+ years of experience in real estate legal function, preferably with a developer, law firm, or real estate advisory firm.</li><li>Strong command over property law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks related to real estate.</li><li>Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of legal documents and transactions.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and proactive approach.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
