About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our research team as Research Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for recent B.Tech/ITI graduates from Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering disciplines to contribute to cutting-edge research projects focused on thermal conductive materials, nanomaterials, and environmental purification technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in research and development projects related to thermal conductive materials and nanomaterials

• Support experimental work in air and water purification systems

• Conduct laboratory tests, data collection, and analysis under the supervision of senior researchers

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintain accurate research records

• Assist in the design, fabrication, and testing of prototypes and experimental setups

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and contribute to project meetings

• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality standards

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering

OR

• ITI in relevant disciplines

Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills:

• Basic understanding of materials science, thermal properties, or environmental engineering

• Familiarity with laboratory instruments and measurement techniques

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Basic data analysis skills using Excel or other statistical tools

Soft Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Time management and organizational skills
