We help individuals through divorce, domestic violence, adoptions, etc.Bardol Law Firm is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Legal Marketing Coordinator to elevate the firm&rsquo;s brand presence, digital engagement, and market visibility. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and strategic communications. The role will report directly to the firm owner. This position is primarily remote with regular check-ins in person at the office.For clarification, we are looking to hire someone to help build something bigger than traditional marketing. We are not looking for someone to simply &ldquo;manage campaigns.&rdquo;We are looking for someone to help build a content-driven growth engine that increases brand authority, generates leads, improves conversion, and helps make us the most trusted family law firm in our market.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Work with SEO vendor on firm&rsquo;s website using WordPress, including updates to attorney bios, practice descriptions, news/insights, publications, SEO/AEO and the development of additional content pages.</li><li>Develop visually engaging marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.</li><li>Utilize AI to enhance marketing work and development</li><li>Lead and execute the firm&rsquo;s social media strategy, including content planning, drafting, posting, and analytics tracking.</li><li>Draft, edit, and refine marketing copy and pitch materials, including practice overviews, attorney biographies, client alerts, announcements, and thought leadership content.</li><li>Prepare submissions for legal rankings, directories, and award applications.</li><li>Support public relations initiatives, including press releases and media outreach.</li><li>Manage firm digital assets such as logos, photography, and branded templates.</li><li>Collaborate directly with attorneys to identify and promote case successes, publications, and speaking engagements.</li><li>Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and visibility in key markets.</li><li>Liaise with outside marketing vendors, as necessary.</li><li>Assist with other marketing and business development activities, as required.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.</li><li>3+ years of marketing experience preferred.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with attorneys and leadership.</li><li>Ability to work independently to make intelligent, informed decisions.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.</li><li>Solid project management skills, business acumen and ability to understand marketplace trends.</li><li>Experience managing social media platforms.</li><li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.</li><li>Knowledge of public relations best-practices preferred.</li></ul>Technology Skill Set<ul><li>Strong Canva or similar design platform expertise.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of SEO/AEO application a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in WordPress a plus.</li><li>Interest, experience and openness to working with AI marketing technology.</li></ul>Why should you work for Bardol Law Firm?<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)</li><li>Generous paid time off and paid holidays</li><li>401k with employer contribution</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Direct access to ownership</li><li>Real autonomy and creative input</li><li>Opportunity to build something innovative</li><li>Help shape a company focused on becoming a dominant local brand</li></ul>This is not a &ldquo;maintenance marketing&rdquo; role.This is a builder role.If that excites you, all qualified candidates are encouraged to submit your resume for consideration.*No phones call or recruiters pleasePay: From $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in St. Louis, MO 63119
