Bardol Law Firm is a small St. Louis based law firm specializing in family law. We help individuals through divorce, domestic violence, adoptions, etc.
Bardol Law Firm is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Legal Marketing Coordinator to elevate the firm’s brand presence, digital engagement, and market visibility. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and strategic communications. The role will report directly to the firm owner. This position is primarily remote with regular check-ins in person at the office.
For clarification, we are looking to hire someone to help build something bigger than traditional marketing. We are not looking for someone to simply “manage campaigns.”
We are looking for someone to help build a content-driven growth engine that increases brand authority, generates leads, improves conversion, and helps make us the most trusted family law firm in our market.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with SEO vendor on firm’s website using WordPress, including updates to attorney bios, practice descriptions, news/insights, publications, SEO/AEO and the development of additional content pages.
- Develop visually engaging marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.
- Utilize AI to enhance marketing work and development
- Lead and execute the firm’s social media strategy, including content planning, drafting, posting, and analytics tracking.
- Draft, edit, and refine marketing copy and pitch materials, including practice overviews, attorney biographies, client alerts, announcements, and thought leadership content.
- Prepare submissions for legal rankings, directories, and award applications.
- Support public relations initiatives, including press releases and media outreach.
- Manage firm digital assets such as logos, photography, and branded templates.
- Collaborate directly with attorneys to identify and promote case successes, publications, and speaking engagements.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and visibility in key markets.
- Liaise with outside marketing vendors, as necessary.
- Assist with other marketing and business development activities, as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of marketing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with attorneys and leadership.
- Ability to work independently to make intelligent, informed decisions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Solid project management skills, business acumen and ability to understand marketplace trends.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of public relations best-practices preferred.
Technology Skill Set
- Strong Canva or similar design platform expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power Point preferred.
- Working knowledge of SEO/AEO application a plus.
- Proficiency in WordPress a plus.
- Interest, experience and openness to working with AI marketing technology.
