We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with experience in office administration to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and petty cash handling.</li><li>Assist in preparation of financial reports, tax filing, and maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Handle bank transactions and ensure timely recording of financial activities.</li><li>Support front desk operations: greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.</li><li>Maintain and archive official company documents, both physical and digital, in an organized and secure manner.</li><li>Compose and manage professional business correspondence and reports related to accounting and office activities.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and accurate task handovers.</li><li>Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.</li><li>Contribute to improving accounting and administrative processes to enhance efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience in accounting tasks.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a must; experience with ODOO ERP is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in office administration or front desk operations is preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate team needs.</li><li>Professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Prior experience in a training institute, education sector, or e-commerce organization.</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable working in the salary range mentioned in the post?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
