With multiple locations and a growing presence, we&rsquo;re on a mission to redefine the beauty and self-care industry through style, innovation, and customer excellence.We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead brand growth and customer engagement across all salons.---Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a unified brand strategy across all Luxe Salon outlets.Plan and oversee marketing campaigns (online + offline) to drive walk-ins, membership sales, and loyalty.Manage social media presence, paid ads, influencer collaborations, and content direction.Create branch-level marketing strategies tailored to each location&rsquo;s customer base.Organize salon launches, seasonal promotions, fashion tie-ups, and brand collaborations.Lead and mentor the marketing team &ndash; designers, content creators, and social media executives.Analyze campaign results, set KPIs, and optimize ROI.Support franchise owners with local promotions, branding guidelines, and growth campaigns.---QualificationsBachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business.4 - 8 years of marketing experience (preferably in beauty, wellness, fashion, or retail).Proven track record of building and scaling brands.Strong grasp of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and customer engagement strategies.Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.---CompensationSalary: &#8377;1L &ndash; &#8377;1.5L per month (based on experience)Incentives: Performance-based &mdash; linked to sales growth, franchise expansion, and marketing ROI---Why Join Luxe Salon?Lead marketing for a growing premium beauty brand.Creative freedom and leadership autonomy.Opportunity to shape the marketing roadmap for national expansion.Vibrant, fashion-forward work cultureJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;100,000.00 - &#8377;150,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Marketing: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
