We're looking for a pet-loving, customer-focused individual to join our St. Pete retail team.Job Summary: As a Retail Sales Representative, you&rsquo;ll be the friendly face of Bark Life. You&rsquo;ll assist customers, recommend pet products, schedule grooming appointments, and help maintain an organized, fully stocked store. A love of animals, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask are key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet customers and provide personalized assistance</li><li>Educate pet parents on food, supplements, toys, and other pet products</li><li>Schedule grooming appointments for in-store groomers</li><li>Keep shelves stocked and organized (lifting up to 50 lbs)</li><li>Process returns and exchanges</li><li>Promote store specials and product bundles</li><li>Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment</li><li>Communicate customer needs and feedback to management</li><li>Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store promotions</li><li>Collaborate with teammates during busy hours to ensure excellent service</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous retail experience required/ pet retail experience a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs</li><li>Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Enthusiastic about learning pet nutrition and wellness products</li><li>Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday: 9 AM &ndash; 7 PM</li><li>Saturday&ndash;Sunday: 9 AM &ndash; 4 PM</li><li>Closed on all major holidays</li></ul>Benefits (Full-Time):<ul><li>Company-paid Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) plan</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Fun, pet-friendly environment</li></ul>How to Apply: If you&rsquo;re ready to join a locally owned company that puts pets and people first, apply now through Indeed.
