We're looking for a pet-loving, customer-focused individual to join our St. Pete retail team.

Job Summary:
As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face of Bark Life. You’ll assist customers, recommend pet products, schedule grooming appointments, and help maintain an organized, fully stocked store. A love of animals, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide personalized assistance
• Educate pet parents on food, supplements, toys, and other pet products
• Schedule grooming appointments for in-store groomers
• Keep shelves stocked and organized (lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Process returns and exchanges
• Promote store specials and product bundles
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
• Communicate customer needs and feedback to management
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store promotions
• Collaborate with teammates during busy hours to ensure excellent service

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience required/ pet retail experience a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic about learning pet nutrition and wellness products
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 7 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 9 AM – 4 PM
• Closed on all major holidays
