Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Grounds Crew team. This role is essential in Loading/Offloading freight, Marshaling in Aircrafts, Fuel Aircrafts, operate Ground Power Equipment, Lavatory Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail.Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain pathways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas to ensure safety and accessibility.</li><li>Operate various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks for moving materials as needed.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of grounds equipment and report any mechanical issues.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum of 30 years of age</li><li>A valid state driver's license</li><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li><li>Verbal and written communications skills for safety-sensitive tasks in ENGLISH</li><li>Must have Forklift experience - REQUIRED</li><li>Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, fuel trucks and ground power equipment safely.</li><li>Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company's applicable insurance policies</li><li>Ability to timely and successfully complete Barker's Ground Service training programs</li><li>Ability to use a computer and email, including pass computer-base training modules</li><li>Ability to perform simple arithmetic (addition, subtraction, time)</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including night, Holiday, and weekend shifts, in various weather conditions.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.</li><li>Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
