 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Turkish.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications, UYAP and preferably Attornaid.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to research and follow-up with analysis and reporting skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage time efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong work ethic and integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 No military obligation for male candidates is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 No restriction to travel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Successful completion of the HMGS is required.
 </li>

 JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Providing day-to-day legal assistance as requested by the business units of the clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Representing clients before the courts, prosecution offices and administrative authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participating in drafting, reviewing and executing various types of agreements, policies, procedures, notices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting legal research for advisory matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 </li>
 <li>
 </li>
 </ul>

 Please note that the position is located in Maslak, Sar&inodot;yer/&Idot;stanbul, Park Plaza. After the first 6 (six) months of employment, hybrid work model may be adopted.
