Legal Intern

We are currently looking for a legal intern to join our Corporate Law and Commercial Litigation Department. The role offers diverse practice areas and opportunities for professional self-improvement, as well as the chance to be part of a friendly, well-structured team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable university.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Turkish.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, UYAP and preferably Attornaid.
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
• Ability to research and follow-up with analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• No military obligation for male candidates is preferred.
• No restriction to travel.
• Successful completion of the HMGS is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing day-to-day legal assistance as requested by the business units of the clients.
• Representing clients before the courts, prosecution offices and administrative authorities.
• Participating in drafting, reviewing and executing various types of agreements, policies, procedures, notices.
• Conducting legal research for advisory matters.

Please note that the position is located in Maslak, Sarıyer/İstanbul, Park Plaza. After the first 6 (six) months of employment, hybrid work model may be adopted.
