We are seeking a seasoned Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our team and work closely with a senior partner in our well-established law firm. This is a full-time, on-site position offering an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients and legal professionals.</li>
<li>Handle billing, time entry, and expense reporting.</li>
<li>Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant.</li>
<li>Knowledge of legal terminology and documentation.</li>
<li>Proficiency in word processing and MS Office Suite.</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and a solid work ethic.</li>
</ul>
