Job descriptionSUMMARY Are you a people person with a passion for fitness and sales? Join the barre3 Happy Valley family as a Sales Associate! In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the first smile clients see, creating a welcoming vibe that everyone wants to come back to. You&rsquo;ll combine your love for fitness and community with your sales savvy to help clients find their perfect membership fit.Hours required: Must be able to work Monday 5:40-7:30am, Friday 4:30-8:15pm and every other Saturday 6:45-1:30pm weekly plus subbing.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build lasting relationships with clients, making sure they leave with a smile and a plan to return.</li><li>Drive in-studio membership, class package and retail sales by understanding clients needs and how barre3 can best fit into their lives and routines.</li><li>Be the go-to guru for all things barre3&mdash; able to speak to what barre3 is, class details, membership options, and in-studio retail products.</li><li>Greet clients with a friendly hello as they step into the studio.</li><li>Show off the studio with engaging tours that highlight our awesome offerings.</li><li>Keep the front desk and retail area looking pristine and inviting.</li><li>Help clients check in, sign up for classes, and navigate their schedules with ease.</li><li>Get in on the action with studio events and promotions, boosting sales and client engagement.</li><li>Respond to client inquiries quickly and cheerfully and with professionalism, whether in person, on the phone, or via text or email.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in sales or customer service&mdash;bonus points if it&rsquo;s in the fitness or wellness industry.</li><li>Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>A can-do attitude with a genuine desire to build relationships with clients.</li><li>The ability to juggle competing tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Tech-savvy with a knack for learning new systems and point-of-sale software.</li><li>Comfortable communicating by email and text, host basic zoom meetings, compose documents, enter database information, download forms, and preserve/backup important data.</li><li>Flexibility to sub shifts outside of your hired schedule - people get sick and we need support!</li><li>Retain clients with methods shared by manager/owner</li><li>CPR required (barre3 Happy Valley will provide a $60 reimbursement toward certification if needed)</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Free barre3 classes for you and an immediate family member and awesome retail discounts.</li><li>A supportive, energetic team that feels more like family.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development within the company.</li></ul>Required Hours: Must be able to work Monday 5:40-7:30am, Friday 4:30-8:15pm and every other Saturday 6:45-1:30pm weekly plus subbing.Inclusion Statement: At barre3 Happy Valley, we believe in the power of diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and clients.
