Job Summary Join our dynamic food production team as a Food Production Worker! This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced food processing plant while contributing to products enjoyed by many.Duties<ul><li>Operate food processing machinery and equipment following safety protocols and standard operating procedures</li><li>Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling products according to specified recipes and quality standards</li><li>Conduct sanitation and cleaning of work areas, equipment, and tools to ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations</li><li>Monitor production lines for quality control, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues promptly</li><li>Package finished products accurately, ensuring proper labeling and adherence to packaging standards</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including logs for food safety inspections and sanitation routines</li><li>Support inventory management by handling raw materials and finished goods with care and precision</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards within a manufacturing environment</li><li>Prior experience in food production or processing plant preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates</li><li>Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate basic machinery and troubleshoot minor issues</li><li>Strong understanding of sanitation procedures essential for maintaining a clean work environment</li><li>Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, weights, and inventory counts</li><li>Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts</li></ul>Join us in creating safe, high-quality food products that delight consumers!
