Duties

• Operate food processing machinery and equipment following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling products according to specified recipes and quality standards
• Conduct sanitation and cleaning of work areas, equipment, and tools to ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations
• Monitor production lines for quality control, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues promptly
• Package finished products accurately, ensuring proper labeling and adherence to packaging standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including logs for food safety inspections and sanitation routines
• Support inventory management by handling raw materials and finished goods with care and precision

Requirements

• Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety standards within a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in food production or processing plant preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate basic machinery and troubleshoot minor issues
• Strong understanding of sanitation procedures essential for maintaining a clean work environment
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, weights, and inventory counts
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
