Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to the relevant personnel.- Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and perform data entry.- Office Organization: Maintain office supplies, inventory, and filing systems.- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.Required Skills:- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).- Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Qualifications:- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or associate's degree preferred.- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is highly valued.Residence should be near to the office.
