Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to the relevant personnel.

- Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and perform data entry.

- Office Organization: Maintain office supplies, inventory, and filing systems.

- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.

Required Skills:

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

- Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.

- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or associate's degree preferred.

- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is highly valued.

Residence should be near to the office. (Scheme 33 Kiran Hospital Road)

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
