About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, engaging, and camera-confident Live Stream Host to represent our brand across TikTok Shop, Whatnot, and other social platforms. This position is in-person at our North Austin location and includes paid hourly compensation plus commission on sales generated during your streams.You&rsquo;ll host fun, interactive live shows, create short-form video content, set up product displays, and help develop show themes and activities that keep viewers engaged.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Host live selling streams on TikTok and Whatnot with enthusiasm, clarity, and personality.</li><li>Set up product displays and fun on-stream activities (giveaways, wheel spins, surprise pulls, themed show tables, etc.).</li><li>Create short-form video content (unboxings, demos, trending audio clips, product spotlights, etc.).</li><li>Post on social media to promote upcoming streams and featured products.</li><li>Engage live viewers by responding to questions, offering recommendations, and maintaining a positive tone.</li><li>Pay attention to trending sounds, visual styles, hashtags, and content best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to plan show themes and weekly content.</li><li>Track stream performance (views, engagement, conversions) and share improvement ideas.</li><li>Maintain a consistent brand voice and on-camera presence.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.</li><li>Strong communication and improvisation skills.</li><li>Familiarity with TikTok, Whatnot, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.</li><li>Ability to present products in an engaging and persuasive way.</li><li>Reliable transportation to our North Austin workspace.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently.</li><li>Willingness to follow show frameworks and brand guidelines.</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Previous live-streaming, influencer, or hosting experience.</li><li>Retail or sales background.</li><li>Ability to edit short-form videos (CapCut, TikTok editing, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with TikTok Shop or Whatnot seller dashboards.</li></ul>What We Provide<ul><li>All products needed for live shows and filming.</li><li>Competitive Hourly Pay + Commission on Sales.</li><li>Creative input and flexibility in show style.</li><li>Support from our marketing and operations team.</li><li>Room for growth into long-term brand roles.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send:<ul><li>A short introduction about yourself</li><li>Any links to TikTok, Whatnot, Instagram, or other video/social content</li><li>(Optional but highly encouraged): A 30&ndash;60 second video introducing yourself on camera</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBase Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
