Live Stream Host & Product Presenter

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, engaging, and camera-confident Live Stream Host to represent our brand across TikTok Shop, Whatnot, and other social platforms. This position is in-person at our North Austin location and includes paid hourly compensation plus commission on sales generated during your streams.

You’ll host fun, interactive live shows, create short-form video content, set up product displays, and help develop show themes and activities that keep viewers engaged.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live selling streams on TikTok and Whatnot with enthusiasm, clarity, and personality.
• Set up product displays and fun on-stream activities (giveaways, wheel spins, surprise pulls, themed show tables, etc.).
• Create short-form video content (unboxings, demos, trending audio clips, product spotlights, etc.).
• Post on social media to promote upcoming streams and featured products.
• Engage live viewers by responding to questions, offering recommendations, and maintaining a positive tone.
• Pay attention to trending sounds, visual styles, hashtags, and content best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to plan show themes and weekly content.
• Track stream performance (views, engagement, conversions) and share improvement ideas.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and on-camera presence.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Strong communication and improvisation skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Whatnot, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
• Ability to present products in an engaging and persuasive way.
• Reliable transportation to our North Austin workspace.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to follow show frameworks and brand guidelines.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous live-streaming, influencer, or hosting experience.
• Retail or sales background.
• Ability to edit short-form videos (CapCut, TikTok editing, etc.).
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or Whatnot seller dashboards.

Base Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
