Job DescriptionBASP Auto Parts FZCO, an automotive spare parts trading company based in JAFZA, Dubai, is looking to hire a Finance &amp; Administration Executive with strong Zoho Books knowledge and mandatory UAE accounting experience.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, and office administration while supporting overall business operations.Key Responsibilities:Finance &amp; Accounting:<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books (AR, AP, GL)</li><li>Prepare sales invoices, credit notes, receipts, and payment entries</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management</li><li>Handle UAE Corporate filing, compliance, and records</li><li>Manage petty cash, expenses, and cost control</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks</li></ul>Administration:<ul><li>Handle office administration and daily documentation</li><li>Maintain company records, contracts, and filing systems</li><li>Coordinate with JAFZA / Free Zone authorities when required</li><li>Support basic HR administration (attendance, leave records, employee files)</li><li>Assist management with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in accounting &amp; administration</li><li>Hands-on working knowledge of Zoho Books</li><li>Good understanding of UAE Corporate Tax Laws and Compliance</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Experience in Trading or Automotive Spare Parts Industry</li><li>Knowledge of Free Zone company procedures</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
