Job Description
BASP Auto Parts FZCO, an automotive spare parts trading company based in JAFZA, Dubai, is looking to hire a Finance & Administration Executive with strong Zoho Books knowledge and mandatory UAE accounting experience.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, and office administration while supporting overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books (AR, AP, GL)
- Prepare sales invoices, credit notes, receipts, and payment entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management
- Handle UAE Corporate filing, compliance, and records
- Manage petty cash, expenses, and cost control
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
Administration:
- Handle office administration and daily documentation
- Maintain company records, contracts, and filing systems
- Coordinate with JAFZA / Free Zone authorities when required
- Support basic HR administration (attendance, leave records, employee files)
- Assist management with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in accounting & administration
- Hands-on working knowledge of Zoho Books
- Good understanding of UAE Corporate Tax Laws and Compliance
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in Trading or Automotive Spare Parts Industry
- Knowledge of Free Zone company procedures

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
